Our accommodation is furnished by bespoke makers, in natural materials. The furniture is upcycled and re- upholstered in handmade Burel from the Portugese mountains.
We can accommodate up to 20 people, and offer an uncluttered and open plan space, suitable for families, and for those seeking a calm retreat.
Explore the area around The Ministry, with the Tapestry and Textile Unesco Heritage Town of Aubusson close by, and the City of Clermont Ferrand, with it's designer shops, vintage tearooms, galleries, Ecole Des Beaux Artes, and World Class Tapestry Museum, just a one hour drive away. A leisure lake for swimming and fishing is just 5 minutes away from the Ministry of Making Ateliers.
You can take a day trip to Rochechouart Chateau Contemporary Art Museum, or the Paul Reybeyrolle Foundation in nearby Limousin, and Limoges ( a two hour day-trip away) is known as the city of Earth and Fire, being famous for it's medieval and renaissance enamel, and porcelain production.
